Where CEAREM Comes From
We didn’t start with software. We started on the agency side, building CRM accounts and setting up clients for marketing agencies.
Over six years we helped 7 marketing agencies get started with their own CRM setups. Across them, we onboarded more than 200 client businesses onto the same CRM platform CEAREM runs on, all of them in the United States, and managed their operations for years. Most of them were med spas, along with plastic surgery and dermatology practices.
That’s where we learned what a service business actually needs on day one, and what quietly breaks when nobody sets it up properly. CEAREM is that experience, offered directly to the businesses that use it.
Small Team, Done-for-You Setup
We’re an independent company based in Zadar, Croatia. Every client we’ve served so far is a US business, and we also take on service businesses in Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
We have no investors or shareholders setting growth targets for us. That’s why we can keep prices fair, publish our usage margins and skip the contracts.
