Moving From Another System
Send us a spreadsheet export from your current tools and we import your contacts, with tags and notes where your old system provides them.
Many phone numbers can be ported, so customers keep calling the number they know. If yours can’t, we set up a new local number and forward the old one.
You can keep tools CEAREM doesn’t replace and connect them through integrations.
Texting Registration
A2P 10DLC, Handled for You
US carriers require every business that texts from a regular 10-digit local number to register first. It’s called A2P 10DLC: application-to-person messaging over 10-digit long codes. Unregistered texts are filtered or blocked, so registration is part of every CEAREM setup and covered by the setup fee.
Registration has two parts. The brand confirms who you are: your legal business name, tax ID, address and website. The campaign describes what you’ll send, how people opt in, sample messages and how opt-outs work. Carriers review both, which usually takes a few days and occasionally a few weeks.
What Gets Registrations Approved
- Business details that match your official records exactly
- A live website with a privacy policy that says mobile numbers won’t be shared for marketing
- Forms with optional, unticked consent checkboxes that name your business, mention message frequency and rates, and explain STOP and HELP
- Sample messages that include your business name and opt-out instructions
We check your website and forms before we submit, and fix anything carriers are likely to reject.
After You Go Live
New features and improvements roll out constantly and are always free. When you need a change, like a new automation, calendar or pipeline stage, you ask the same people who built your account.
There’s no contract. If CEAREM stops being worth it, pause or cancel and export your contacts and leads on the way out.

How long does setup take?
Starter accounts are usually ready in 7–10 business days, and Serious and Scale accounts in about 14. Texting registration can take longer, because carriers review it on their own schedule.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your business details exactly as they appear on your official registration, your tax ID for texting registration, access to the accounts you want connected (like your Google Business Profile or Facebook page) and your contact list if you want it imported.
Can I keep my phone number?
Often, yes. Many numbers can be ported. If yours can’t, we set up a new local number and forward your old one to it.
What if my texting registration is rejected?
Rejections usually come down to mismatched business details, a missing privacy policy or an unclear opt-in. We fix the issue with you and resubmit.
