What is A2P 10DLC and do I need it?

It’s the registration US carriers require for business texting from local numbers. Unregistered messages get filtered or blocked. Registration is part of your setup fee and we handle the paperwork. How A2P 10DLC registration works.

How much do texts cost?

Texts are billed as you use them, at carrier cost plus your plan’s margin: 10% on Starter, 7% on Serious and 4% on Scale.

Can I keep my existing number?

Often, yes. Many numbers can be ported in, or we can set up a new local number and forward your old one. We’ll check what’s possible on the demo call.

Can I message customers on WhatsApp?

Yes, with the WhatsApp Messaging add-on for $20/month. WhatsApp conversations land in the same inbox as your texts, and Meta’s message fees are billed as usage. What the add-on includes.

How do opt-outs work?

When someone replies STOP, they’re unsubscribed from texts automatically and won’t be messaged again unless they opt back in.
